Payment:
Payment is required in full prior to items being dispatched. We accept cash, cheque and Paypal. On receipt of cash or notification of payment via Paypal, goods will be dispatched. Please note that cheques will need to clear before goods are dispatched (up to 5 working days). Please make cheques payable to Romantica. VAT is not charged

DeluxGift Wrapping Service - Customers wishing to take advantage of having gifts wrapped ready for presenting can request our Gift Wrapping Service when goods will be beautifully packaged including trimmings. The cost of this service is £1.50 and can be requested when you order. If gifts are required for a specific occasion, please advise us and we will wrap them suitably.

Deliveries:
Postage & packing will be charged at £5.40 for a package up to 500grams (should an order exceed the 500gms limit, this will incur an extra charge) Customers will receive their goods via Royal Mail, Special Delivery™ which will require a signature on receipt of the package. This service is guaranteed to be delivered next day, (Romantica will notify you when goods have been sent) there is a Track and Trace facility and the parcel will be covered by a compensation scheme for loss or damage. If a customer requests a cheaper postal method, we can comply. However, we would like to point out that RomanticaJewels will not accept any liability, whatsoever, for damage or loss of goods after parcels leave our possession. Should a customer decide on this cheaper method their goods will be delivered by Royal Mail, with Certificate of Posting. There is no tracking facility or compensation scheme to cover the package. The cost of this service will be £1.85 for parcels up to 500gms in weight (should an order exceed this weight, £1.00 will be added) International Shipping: Goods needing to be shipped abroad will be sent via Royal Mail, Airsure® which gives tracking and delivery confirmation and offers a compensation scheme for loss or damage. The cost of shipping goods weighing up to 300gms using this service is: Europe: £6.94 Rest of the World: £8.61

Refunds:
We hope and do not anticipate that goods will need to be returned but should you require to change any item purchased you will be responsible for the postage cost and its safe return. Also any additional cost, if necessary and return postage of the replacement goods. Goods should be returned saleable, not having been used and in the original packaging. This must be within 7 days of purchase. Please note that earrings or other pierced jewellery are NOT included; these may only be returned if damaged. Although every precaution is taken to ensure that items arrive safely, should you find any damage please notify us within 3 days of receiving. Instructions for the return and replacement of the item will be given. Please make sure that you retain the proof of posting for any item that is returned as our responsibility is from the delivery of goods into our possession.
